On July 25, 2024, the Town's Development Officer approved Development Permit Application DP2024-0143 for a Restaurant / Café & Signage, a permitted use in the Downtown District (D), at 82 Elma Street West with a variance to the following section of Land Use Bylaw 17-21:
- Section 3.8.J.b [Loading Standards] to permit a loading space with a width of 2.6m where minimum width is 3.1, a variance of 0.5m, and a length of 6.0m where the minimum is 9.2m, a variance of 3.2m.
This Notice of Decision is given pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Part 17 that provides for a twenty-one (21) day appeal period. If you wish to appeal the decision or conditions you may do so by filing an application, with the applicable fee, with the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Notice of Decision.
