- Successful candidates will be required to provide a Police Information Check & proof of qualifications that is satisfactory to the Town of Okotoks.
- All education from institutions outside of Canada must be accompanied by written confirmation through the International Qualification Assessment Services, the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials, or an approved Canadian assessment service member confirming Canadian equivalency.
- Dependent on the position, successful candidates may also be required to provide a drivers abstract with no more than 6 demerits and no current suspensions or charges pending
- Any falsification or omissions in information provided on any pre-employment document may result in disqualification from the hiring process or dismissal from employment
