COVID-19 Notice

COUNCIL MEETING CHANGES:
Due to COVID-19, and in accordance with Council Procedure Bylaw 42-17, Okotoks Town Council will be meeting in a hybrid version of in person and electronic attendance.  Council Chamber remains closed to the public. Please note: the In Camera portion begins at 2 p.m., and the regular portion, which the public can watch via livestream, begins at 3 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.

Regular Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.  If the Monday is a statutory holiday, the meeting is usually held on the following Tuesday.  Only one meeting per month is held in July, August, and December.  Regular Council meetings begin with an In Camera session followed by the public portion.  Matters discussed during the In Camera portion of the meeting must fall within one of the exceptions to disclosure as outlined in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Any changes to the regular schedule, or notification of special Council meetings, are posted.
