A Multi-Residential (102 Dwelling Units – Row Houses) in the Neighbourhood Core District (NC) with the following variances:

  • Section 3.7.I.1.b [Bicycle & Vehicle Parking Standards, Bicycle Parking] To allow 3.8 stalls per building, where the minimum required is 6 stalls per building, a variance of 2.2 stalls per building.
  • Section 5.20.A.1 [Additional Setback & Encroachment Considerations, Retaining Wall] To allow a maximum retaining wall height of 2.4m where the maximum permitted is 1.0m.
