For Education (Foothills School Division High School) in the Recreation & Open Space District (ROS) with the following variances:

Section 3.5.F.2 [Landscaping & Buffering Standards, Trees] to permit a minimum of 200 trees on Site, where the minimum required is 697, a variance of 497 trees.

Section 3.5.F.3 [Landscaping & Buffering Standards, Shrubs] to permit a minimum of 450 shrubs on Site, where the minimum required is 1,395, a variance of 945 shrubs.
