Our Interview Process

At the Town of Okotoks, our interview process is designed to be fair, consistent, and reflective of the skills and qualifications required for each role. Most interviews are conducted in a structured panel format, where candidates are asked a set of pre-determined questions aligned with the knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the position.

The panel typically includes the hiring manager and/or team leader, a Human Resources representative, and, in some cases, an additional team member from another Business Centre. Interviews generally last between 30 to 60 minutes.
