Type of Work
- Installation of underground deep utilities (sanitary, storm and watermain)
- Widening of roadway, creating the entrance road for the neighbourhood
Schedule
October 6 to end of November for work on Crystal Green Lane, and ongoing to the interior of the site into 32nd Street, weather permitting.
Impacts
- Closure of Crystal Green Lane
- Gravel access road to be provided
- Access maintained for all properties that use Crystal Green Lane
- Construction signage and possible lane width or speed reduction on 32nd Street
What to Expect
- Construction crews, heavy equipment and noise during working hours
- Traffic signage directing traffic for Crystal Green Lane to detour to the gravel access road
Why is this Work Happening?
First phase of the Ridgemont subdivision; installation of deep utilities to connect to existing Town infrastructure.
