This supportive session offers insight into the grieving process and the many ways people experience loss. Solace Grief Support will be on site to provide an overview on the compassionate and professional grief counselling they offer, as well as more information on available resources, coping strategies, and supports that can help individuals navigate grief with understanding, connection, and care.
The Age-Friendly Speaker Series is a partnership with the Okotoks Public Library to share information on topics relevant to healthy aging and to learn about the resources and supports that are available locally.
