- Section 3.8 I 2. b. [Vehicle Parking] to permit a parking stall with dimensions of 2.5m by 6.0m when the minimum required is 2.6m by 6.0m.
- Section 3.8 J b. [Loading Standards] to permit a loading stall with dimensions of 3.0m by 9.2m when the minimum required is 3.1m by 9.2m.
- Section 3.8 H 1 b [Active Transportation & Vehicular Circulation Standards – Miscellaneous to permit a portion of the sidewalk provided on site to be 1.2m in width when the minimum required is 1.5m.
