The following sections of the Land Use Bylaw are varied pursuant to Section 5.7.B of the Land Use Bylaw:

  • Section 3.7.E(b) [Building Setbacks – Primary Frontage] to allow a primary frontage setback of 10.0 m when a maximum of 7.5 m is permitted, a variance of 2.5 m.
  • Section 3.7.E(b) [Building Setbacks – Secondary Frontage] to allow a secondary frontage setback of 10.2 m when a maximum of 7.5 m is permitted, a variance of 2.7 m.

DP 2025-0130: 179 Tillotson Drive (Tillotson)

For a Multi-Residential (72 Dwelling Units in 5 Buildings) in the Neighbourhood Core District (NC) with the following variances:

  • Section 3.7.E.a [Lot Size] to permit lot width of 114m where the maximum lot width for stacked units is 32m, a variance of 82m.
  • Section 3.7.H.1.b [Active Transportation Networks] to permit a sidewalk width of 1.2m where the minimum sidewalk width is 1.5m, a variance of 0.3m.
