On July 25, 2024, the Town's Development Officer approved Development Permit Application DP2024-0162 for an Accessory Building (Garage), a permitted use in the Traditional Neighbourhood District (TN), at 51 Willow Cresent with variances to the following sections of Land Use Bylaw 17-21:
- Section 3.6.E.b. [Secondary Frontage] to permit a side yard setback of 2.38m where the minimum required is 3.0m, a variance of 0.62m.
- Section 3.6.E.b. [Rear Yard – Accessory Buildings] to permit a rear yard setback of 0.60m where the minimum required is 1.0m, a variance of 0.40m.
This Notice of Decision is given pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Part 17 that provides for a twenty-one (21) day appeal period. If you wish to appeal the decision or conditions you may do so by filing an application, with the applicable fee, with the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Notice of Decision.
