  • Section 3.10 F a. [Building and Placement Standards] to allow a detached interior side yard setback of 35.23m when the maximum permitted is 7.5m, a variance of 27.73m.
  • Section 3.10 F a. [Building and Placement Standards] to allow a primary frontage setback of 16.35m when the maximum permitted is 15.0m, a variance of 1.35m

  • Section 4.3 2. b [Fascia Signs – Size] to allow for the provision of two (2) non-illuminated fascia signs 8.78m2 in size when the maximum size permitted is 5.0m2, a variance of 3.78m2.
