DP 2024-0149: 110 Thorson Crescent

On July 30, 2024, the Town’s Development Officer approved Development Permit Application DP2024-0149 for an Accessory Building (Garage), a permitted use in the Traditional Neighborhood District (TN), at 110 Thorson Crescent with a variance to the following section of Land Use Bylaw 17-21:

  • Section 3.6.E.b (Rear Yard – Accessory Buildings) to permit a rear yard setback of 0.9m, where the minimum required is 1.0m, a variance of 0.1m.

This Notice of Decision is given pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Part 17 that provides for a twenty-one (21) day appeal period. If you wish to appeal the decision or conditions you may do so by filing an application, with the applicable fee, with the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Notice of Decision.
