• Section 3.9.E.a [Building & Placement Standards – Detached Interior Side Yard] to permit an Interior Side Yard of 14.7m where the maximum permitted is 7.5m, a variance of 7.2m.
• Section 3.9.E.a [Building & Placement Standards – Rear Yard] to permit a Rear Yard of 3.5m where the minimum required is 7.5m, a variance of 4.0m.
• Section 4.3.2.c [Sign Standards – Fascia Signs – Number] to permit six (6) bay façades with 8 proposed signs where the maximum permitted is one (1) sign per bay façade.
