A Retail & Service - General (One Building with 19 Commercial Retail Units) in the Industrial Business Park District (IBP) with the following variances:
- Section 3.10.J.2.d [Parking Lot Design - Location] To permit the parking lot to be located at the front of the primary building where the parking lot is required to be located to the side or rear of the primary building.
- Section 3.10.K.c [Loading Standards – Location] To permit the required dedicated space for the loading and/or unloading of goods to be located to the front of the primary building where the requirement is to be located to the side or rear of the primary building.
- Section 3.10.M.3.A [Waste & Recycling] To permit the waste and recycling area to be located at the front of the site where the requirement is to be located at the side or rear of the site and buffered from view.
