Vytynanka is a traditional Ukrainian art form of paper cutting, where intricate designs are cut from paper using scissors or knives. Designs often feature symmetrical, lace-like patterns or silhouettes of nature or animals. In this course, students will create their very own Vytynanka with a design based on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales. Supplies provided. Ages 9-15.
