Don't waste any bit of your garden produce! Learn how to harvest, use, and store the vegetables and fruit from your garden. Join us for our August Green Living Workshop where we will be joined by guest speaker, author and passionate gardener, Sheryl Normandeau who will cover the best ways to preserve the bounty from your garden! From leaves and fruit to stems and roots, this talk will cover the multiple ways you can eat and safely process the edible plants you grow, including freezing, pickling, drying, and making jams and jellies.
