For Education (Ecole Good Shephard School) in the Recreation Open Space District (ROS) with the following variances:

• Section 3.5.I.c [Loading Standards, Miscellaneous] to permit the loading location at the front of the Primary Building where the required location is to the side or rear of the Primary Building. 
• Section 3.5.K.3 [Additional Standards, Waste & Recycling] to permit the waste and recycling location at the front of the Site and Buffered from view where the required location is to the side or rear of the Site and Buffered from view.
