- Section 4.3.2.b [Fascia Sign, Size, Area] to permit one (1) Fascia Sign with a sign area of 4.15m², where the maximum area is 3.0m².
- Section 4.3.2.b [Fascia Sign, Size, Area] to permit one (1) Fascia Sign with a sign area of 3.32m², where the maximum area is 3.0m².
