The following sections of the Land Use Bylaw are varied pursuant to Section 5.7.B of the Land Use Bylaw:
- Section 3.7.E(b) [Building Setbacks – Primary Frontage] to allow a primary frontage setback of 10.0 m when a maximum of 7.5 m is permitted, a variance of 2.5 m.
- Section 3.7.E(b) [Building Setbacks – Secondary Frontage] to allow a secondary frontage setback of 10.2 m when a maximum of 7.5 m is permitted, a variance of 2.7 m.
