For seven (7) Fascia Signs in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variances:

• Gas Bar North Elevation:  Section 4.3.2.c. [Fascia Sign – Miscellaneous – Width] to permit a sign width of 41.9cm where a maximum width of 20cm is permitted, a variance of 21.9cm.
• Gas Bar South Elevation:  Section 4.3.2.c. [Fascia Sign – Miscellaneous – Width] to permit a sign width of 41.9cm where a maximum width of 20cm is permitted, a variance of 21.9cm.
• Convenience Store East Elevation:  Section 4.3.2.c. [Fascia Signs – Miscellaneous – Number of Signs] to permit three (3) signs where a maximum of one (1) sign per Bay Façade is permitted, a variance of two (2) signs.
