For an addition of a third building (36 dwelling units) and Site Plan and Building Elevation amendments (Building 1 and Building 2) with the following variances:
- Section 3.7.F.3.a [Frontage Standards] to permit a frontage with a first storey that is not elevated from grade.
- Section 3.7.G.2 [Landscaping & Buffering Standards] to permit 54 coniferous trees where the minimum number of coniferous trees is 56, a variance of 2 coniferous trees.
- Section 3.7.2.c [Parking Lot Design] to permit a pedestrian walkway, where it crosses a vehicular lane, to not be delineated with contrasting colour, pavement pattern or grade.
