DP 2024-0115: 10 Poplar Avenue

On July 11, 2024, the Town's Development Officer approved Development Permit Application DP 2024-0115 for eight (8) dwelling units (one building), a permitted use in the Downtown District (D), at 10 Poplar Avenue with variances to the following sections of Land Use Bylaw 17-21:

  • Section 3.8.2.b [Frontage Standards] to permit an entrance width of 2.24m where minimum entrance width is 3.0, a variance of 0.76m. 
  • Section 3.8.2.b [Frontage Standards] to permit an entrance depth of 1.21m where the maximum is 1.5m, a variance of 0.29m.

This Notice of Decision is given pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Part 17 that provides for a twenty-one (21) day appeal period. If you wish to appeal the decision or conditions you may do so by filing an application, with the applicable fee, with the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Notice of Decision.
