Closure of southbound Veterans Way between Okotoks Drive and Mountain Street. Alternating lanes of traffic on Veterans Way between Mountain Street and Elma Street West. Detour signage will be in place, temporary delays or changes to access routes may occur.
What to Expect
Construction crews, truck traffic, heavy equipment and increased noise during working hours. Traffic control and signage directing vehicles through detours. Traffic redirected around the commercial area. Please slow down, follow all posted detour signage and use extra caution when travelling in the area. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained.
Why This Work is Happening
This emergent work, being completed by Lineman on behalf of TELUS is to repair/replace TELUS lines that have been damaged and are causing service disruption to many residents.
