Developer-led work to connect a new catch basin to the existing stormwater main, followed by paving to restore the roadway.
Schedule
- November 4, 2026
- Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Impacts
- One lane will be closed through the work area. Traffic will alternate through the open lane, with flag people directing northbound and southbound motorists.
- Digital message boards, traffic control measures and construction signage will help guide motorists and pedestrians through the area.
Reduced speeds will be in effect near the construction area.
What to Expect
- Delays when travelling through the area
- Temporary changes to the traffic pattern as vehicles alternate through one open lane.
- Flag people directing traffic through the work area.
- Construction crews, heavy equipment and increased noise during working hours.
- Please slow down, follow posted signage and use extra caution when travelling through the construction zone.
Why This Work is Happening
This work, managed by the developer, is required to connect a new catch basin to the existing stormwater main needed for the changes to Crystal Green Lane and the first phase of the Ridgemont subdivision.
