Stop by the 18th annual Charity Check Stop on Friday, December 5 from 2 to 5 p.m. on Milligan Drive in front of the Okotoks Recreation Centre, where local emergency services members will be on location conducting a "check stop" to accept donations and spread a little holiday cheer!
All contributions will go directly to the Okotoks Food Bank and The Rowan House, two incredible organizations who play a a vital role in supporting individuals and families across our community.
If you’re able, we’re inviting residents to drop off monetary donations or non-perishable food items. Every bit helps brighten someone’s day, and your support goes straight to people right here in Okotoks and the surrounding area.
The event also gives the community a chance to connect with emergency responders in a positive, so swing by, say hello, and help us raise awareness and support for these two incredible organizations!
