Inspired by the ancient tradition of wooden rod puppets, families are invited to create their own whimsical puppet using wood and a variety of colourful materials. Explore creative techniques while adding personality with paint, fabric, paper, and found objects. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are encouraged to create a puppet of their own!
Note: the $40 registration fee covers one adult and one child. Additional children can be registered for $5 each, please contact the Art Gallery for assistance.
