A Pop-Up (Temporary Sales Trailer) in the Neighbourhood Core District (NC) with the following variance:

• Section 3.7.D.9.B [Pop-Up Use Standards] to allow one (1) 28.42m² fascia sign, one (1) 39.99m² fascia sign and two (2) 9.04m² fascia signs when no more than one (1) non-illuminated Sign per Pop-Up up to 0.2m² is permitted.

1. Section 4.2.3.b [Fascia Sign] to permit a maximum sign area of 6.58 m² for the west elevation where a maximum of 5.0 m² is required.

Signage in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variances:

• Section 4.3.2.c [Fascia Sign, Miscellaneous, Number] to permit five (5) signs per entrance where the maximum permitted is one (1) per entrance, a variance of four (4) signs. 

Temporary Signage in the Downtown District (D) with the following variances: 

•    Section 5.4.6.b. [Temporary Sign] to permit a sign height from grade of 1.32m where the maximum is 1.2m, a variance of 0.12m. 
•    Section 5.4.6.b. [Temporary Sign] to permit a sign area of 1.48m² where the maximum is 0.8m², a variance of 0.68m².

For Signage in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variances:

• Section 4.2.b [Fascia  Sign,  Size,  Area]  to  permit  100%  of  Bay  Façade  where  the maximum permitted is 15%, a variance of 85%.  
• Section 4.4.c [Projecting Sign, Miscellaneous, Number] to permit five (5) signs per entrance where the maximum permitted is one (1) per entrance, a variance of four (4) signs. 

A Short Term Lodging - General in the Traditional Neighbourhood District (TN).

A New Commercial Building (Retail & Service - General) in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variance:

• Section 3.9.E(a) [Building Setbacks] to permit a secondary frontage of 3.4m where the minimum frontage is 4.0m, a variance of 0.6m.
