Okotoks is home to a vibrant and hardworking business community and we want to hear what life is really like for the businesses and people behind it. The Town of Okotoks has launched a Business Satisfaction Survey as part of its Business Retention and Expansion work, inviting local business owners and managers to share their experiences, ideas and future needs in a quick and confidential way.
Your feedback will help guide the Town on the issues, opportunities and support resources that are most important to local businesses. Your input also lets us know what types of future economic development activities should be developed. Whether things are going wonderfully, there are challenges to navigate, or you have a big idea for what would make Okotoks an even better place to do business, this survey is your chance to speak up and help shape what comes next.
The Ask: if you receive a phone call from Deloitte Canada, please take the valuable time out of your day to answer the questions. Phone calls allow our team to gather broader feedback, which in turn allows us to research and implement programs to further support your business.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and all responses will remain confidential, with no individual business identified. As a thank you, participants will also have the option to enter a draw for a 2027 Town of Okotoks Business Licence, valued up to $500.
