For an Accessory Building or Structure (Retaining Wall) in the Traditional Neighbourhood District (TN) with the following variances:

  • Section 3.6.E.b [Building Setbacks – Accessory Building (Retaining Wall)] to permit an interior side yard of 0.0m where the minimum required is 0.6m, a variance of 0.6m.
  • Section 5.20.A.2 [Additional Setbacks for all new Development] to permit a setback from an Escarpment of 0.0m where the minimum required is 30.0m, a variance of 30.0m. An engineering report was provided that demonstrated that a reduced setback will not adversely impact the escarpment.
