For three (3) Fascia Signs in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variances:

• Section 4.3.2.c [Fascia Sign - Miscellaneous - Number] to allow two (2) fascia signs per bay façade, where the maximum permitted is one (1) per bay façade, a variance of one (1) fascia sign. 
• Section 4.3.2.b [Fascia Sign - Size - Area] to allow a fascia sign area of 7.60m² of the bay façade, where the maximum permitted is 5.0m² of the bay façade, a variance of 2.60m².
