- Section 3.7.E.b [Building & Placement Standards, Building Setbacks, Primary Frontage] to permit a primary frontage of 10.0m where the maximum permitted is 7.5m, a variance of 2.5m.
- Section 3.7.E.b [Building & Placement Standards, Building Setbacks, Secondary Frontage] to allow a secondary frontage of 12.2m where the maximum permitted is 7.5m, a variance of 4.7m.
- Section 3.7.F.2 [Frontage Standards, Common Yard with Optional Fence] to allow a porch depth of 1.2m where the minimum required is 1.8m, a variance of 0.6m.
- Section 3.7.H.2.b [Active Transportation & Vehicular Circulation Standards, Vehicular Circulation, Site Access] to allow four (4) accesses where the requirement is one (1) per dwelling to a maximum of two (2) accesses, a variance of two (2) accesses.
- Section 3.7.I.2.b [Bicycle & Vehicle Parking Standards, Bicycle Parking, Miscellaneous, Location] to allow bicycle parking to be located up to 17.5m from the building entrance where the maximum permitted is 10.0m from a building entrance, a variance of 7.5m.
- Section 3.7.I.2.b [Bicycle & Vehicle Parking Standards, Vehicle Parking, Size, Parking Stall Size] to allow the size of four (4) stalls shown at 2.4m by 6.0m where the minimum size required is 2.6m by 6.0m.
