For Dwelling Units (Four (4) Buildings - 14 Units) in the Neighbourhood Core District (NC) with the following variances:
- Section 3.7.F.2.b [Frontage Standards – Entrance Size] to allow an entrance depth of 1.4m where the minimum required is 1.8m, a variance of 0.4m;
- Section 3.7.E.b [Building and Placement Standards – Building Setbacks] to allow a primary frontage of 6.9m on Lot 1 where the maximum permitted is 6.0m, a variance of 0.9m;
- Section 3.7.E [Building and Placement Standards] to allow a maximum primary frontage of 7.0m on Lot 2 when a maximum of 6.0m is required, a variance of 1.0m;
- Section 3.7.E [Building and Placement Standards] to allow a maximum primary frontage of 6.8m on Lot 3 when a maximum of 6.0m is required, a variance of 0.8m; and
- Section 3.7.E [Building and Placement Standards] to allow a maximum primary frontage of 7.4m on Lot 12, Lot 13, and Lot 14 when a maximum of 6.0m is required, a variance of 1.4m.
