For 74 Dwelling Units in 13 Buildings in the Neighbourhood Core District (NC) with the following variances:

• Section 3.7.H.2(c) [Carriageway width] to permit a carriageway width of 6.7m where the minimum width is 7.0m, a variance of 0.3m.
• Section 3.7.I.1(b) [Bicycle Parking] to permit 6 of 10 buildings to have no exterior bicycle parking.
