For four (4) Fascia Signs in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variances:

• Section 4.3.2.b. [Fascia Sign – Size – Area] to allow a fascia sign area of 5.30m² where the maximum permitted is 5.0m².
• Section 4.3.2.c. [Fascia Sign – Miscellaneous – Number] to allow two (2) fascia signs per bay façade where the maximum permitted is one (1) fascia sign per bay façade.
