For fascia and ground signs in the General Commercial District (GC) with the following variances:

• Section 4.3.2(b) [Fascia Sign - Size] to allow a fascia sign of 6.6 m² (Sign ID# 1 “Toyota”), where the maximum is 5.0 m², a variance of 1.6 m².
• Section 4.3.3(c) [Ground Sign - Number] to allow two (2) ground signs, where the maximum is 1 per site, a variance of one (1) ground sign.
