For Dwelling Units (184 Units in 2 buildings), Recreation - Active (playground and dog run), Accessory Building or Structure (pergola, shed and retaining walls over 1m high) and Office (rental office) in the Neighbourhood Core District (NC) with the following variances:
- Section 3.7.I.1.c. [Bicycle Parking – Miscellaneous] to allow for a bicycle rack to be located 21.8m away from the entrance of building B, when the maximum permitted is 10.m, a variance of 11.8m.
- Section 3.7E.b.F [Rear Yard Accessory Building/Structure Setback] to allow the portion of retaining wall exceeding 1.0 metres in height to have a setback of 0m from the rear (northeast) property line, when a minimum of 1.0m is required.
- Section 4.3.3.c [Ground Sign – Number] to allow for a total of two (2) ground signs, when the maximum permitted is one (1).
