Section 3.10.I.2.b [Active Transportation & Vehicular Circulation Standards, Vehicular Circulation, Site Access, Number] to permit four (4) site accesses where the maximum permitted is two (2), a variance of two (2) site accesses.
Section 3.10.I.2.c [Active Transportation & Vehicular Circulation Standards, Vehicular Circulation, Site Access, Number] to permit a carriageway width of 10.0m where the maximum permitted is 9.0m, a variance of 1.0m.
Section 3.10.J.2.d [Bicycle & Vehicle Parking Standards, Vehicle Parking, Miscellaneous, Location] to permit a Parking Lot in Front of the Site when it is required that the Parking Lot must be at the Side or Rear of Site.
