Construction and Capital Projects

The Town of Okotoks has many new construction and infrastructure projects.  This includes the completion of multi-phased projects started in previous years and the planning of new multi-phased projects that will enhance the Town’s roadways, utilities, buildings, and recreational parks and facilities. Okotoks Downtown Vitalization 

The Town is excited to move forward with the Okotoks Downtown Vitalization project which was approved by Council in 2019. This project aligns with strategic priorities set by Council for 2018-2021 to deliver quality infrastructure to meet community growth needs.

Northridge Drive Urbanization

To accommodate current development and plan for future growth, the Town needs to make upgrades to Northridge Drive to create uniformity throughout the corridor.  Presently, the north end of Northridge Drive (between 338 Avenue & Sandstone Gate) is a 4-lane rural standard and requires upgrades to meet growing demand and the overall vision for the Town's future growth. To view map of project area, please click the button below.
