The Town of Okotoks is pleased to announce that the owner of 50 McRae Street has accepted the invitation to participate in mediation. The process started in June and will continue through the summer.
As background, beginning in mid-2025, the owner of 50 McRae Street faced a series of complaints. These complaints resulted in Town investigations. The Town determined that most of these complaints were unfounded.
The remaining issues relate to historic and current site conditions, which will be addressed through mediation.
The Town invites the community to support this mediation process as we work toward a positive resolution.
