Last chance! The Community Priorities Survey closes April 25 — your input matters.

April 25, 2025: Survey closed at 11:59 p.m.

The Town of Okotoks is inviting all residents to take part in their 2025 Community Priorities Survey — this is your opportunity to share feedback on Town programs, services and amenities.

“All of our planning starts with listening to our residents,” said Elaine Vincent, Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Okotoks. “This survey is one of the most direct ways the community can help guide Council’s decisions and ensure our services reflect what people truly value.”

Residents are reminded to check their mailboxes for a postcard with instructions for taking the survey. Either text "Okotoks" to the phone number provided, or scan the QR code to receive the survey link via text. Some residents may also receive a phone call from TellCityHall, the Town’s survey provider. If contacted, residents can choose to receive a secure survey link by text message or email.

We know technology doesn't always make things easy. If you're having trouble completing the survey, please call 403.938.4404 or email communications@okotoks.ca. Prefer pen and paper? You can pick up a printed copy at the Okotoks Municipal Centre.

The survey is open until April 25, 2025, and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and only aggregated results will be shared with Council to help guide planning, budgeting and service delivery priorities.

As a thank-you, everyone who completes the survey can enter to win a $150 gift certificate to a local Okotoks business of their choice.

Your voice matters — the more residents who take part, the better the Town can align its priorities with community needs.
