Green Living Workshops are returning in 2026! Warm up your home and reduce your energy consumption with our first workshop focused on energy efficiency!
This free, hands‑on event will teach you how to sew your own reusable draft stoppers—an easy, eco‑friendly way to block chilly drafts from windows and doors. Sew Cozy: DIY Draft Stoppers will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Environmental Education Centre. Town Our Conservation Educators will also be on hand to answer questions and introduce participants to available resources, including the DIY Home Energy Audit Kit and local incentives available through the Clean Energy Improvement Program.
