OPTION 1: Drop off
Give your Christmas tree a new life after the holiday season by bringing it to one of three drop-off locations in town. Please remove all ornaments and decorations and bring your unbagged tree to one of the following locations:
- Okotoks Operations Centre parking lot (NE corner) - 1118 N Railway St.
- Okotoks Recreation Centre parking lot (NW corner) - 99 Okotoks Dr.
- Viking Rentals Centre parking lot (NW corner) - 204 Community Way
Drop off your Christmas tree between December 20, 2025 and January 31, 2026.
OPTION 2: Bin it in your Green Organics Cart
Cut up and place trees and branches in your green organics cart for bi-weekly collection. Don't forget to remove all ornaments and decorations!
