As part of the Town’s commitment to providing quality infrastructure, upgrades are planned late in 2021 for Imler Park (773 Sheep River Court) and Saunders Park (82 Sheep River Drive) playgrounds in the community of Sheep River Ridge as indicated in the image below (red flag is Imler and blue flag is Saunders).

Imler Park Playground
The Town has requested that our contractor design two options to provide new play equipment at Imler Park. We requested that the design include elements suitable for ages 5-12 with sliding, spinning, climbing as well as play panels. The existing gravel surfacing is to be removed and replaced with new engineered wood fiber wood chips. The play components were requested to be different from the ones being provided at Saunders Park, about 400m away, to provide diversity in play experience.
Saunders Park Playground
The Town has requested that our contractor design two options to provide new play equipment at Saunders Park. We requested the design include elements with sliding, climbing, spinning and stand-alone play opportunities suitable for ages 2-12. The swings are in good condition and are planned to remain. The existing gravel surfacing is to be removed and replaced with new engineered wood fiber wood chips. The play components were requested to be different from the ones being provided at Imler Park, about 400m away, to provide diversity in play experience.
