Dueling Piano Kings is a highly interactive all-request piano show “where your requests rule”. The duo were nominated for “Entertainer of the Year” at the 2024 Canadian Event Awards, their 7th consecutive nomination! They’ve won this award three times in the years 2019, 2022, and 2023! They were also the first winners ever of the 2017 Calgary Event Award for “Best Entertainer”.
Pat McGannon, one-half of Dueling Piano Kings, has over five decades of piano-playing experience. He has performed all over the world including events for Bill Clinton, Tom Hanks, and the late Glenn Frey of The Eagles.
Combine legendary piano skills, immaculate vocals, and a finely tuned instinct for rocking crowds and you get Calgary-based entertainer, musician and DJ, Jesse Peters. He's performed all over the world, including stops in New York City, a six city tour in China and, closer to home in Calgary, the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show.
These two duelers performed every night in 2025 at the Calgary Stampede in Stampede Cellar Champion Wine Experience in the new BMO Expansion, and in front of over 50,000 people at the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver for a third consecutive year and have been selling out shows all over Canada in 2025!
The two piano players have almost a century of piano-playing experience between them, and can play any song you want to hear, from classic rock, and retro, to the latest Top 40 music! No performances are ever the same!
