Light Up Okotoks Celebrates 30 Years
Save the date! Light Up Okotoks is back for its 30th year. Since 1992, Light Up Okotoks has been the kick-off celebration to the holiday season and the annual lighting of the community Christmas Tree. Join us for festivities throughout the downtown core including wagon rides, warm fire pits, choir performances, late night shopping, Spirit of Christmas Artisan Market and so much more. A visit from Santa with photo ops for the kids and kids at heart is always a highlight and a spectacular fireworks display will round out the evening.
Wagon Ride Sign Up Is Now CLOSED
Wagon rides sign-up is now closed and all confirmation emails have now been sent out. We apologize that the registration process was frustrating for some and we will look into an improved system for next year.
We had 574 applications, with 190 of them being submitted within the first hour that registration was open. Applications were approved on a first-come, first-serve basis and we did our best to accommodate as many as possible!
We recommend stopping by the wagon ride check in tonight to see if any spots have become available if you were unable to get an online booking.
No rides are confirmed unless you have a received an approved confirmation e-mail.
