The Journeys Dementia and Alzheimer's support group is a bi-weekly drop-in group designed for anyone whose life has been affected by Dementia. It is an informal psychoeducational group designed to empower and help members develop awareness of the illness as well as share tips and strategies for coping with the many changes and challenges one may encounter as their loved one progresses through their Journey with Dementia.
