Sunday, June 30 Update: Due to unfavourable rainy conditions the celebrations will be moved inside the Okotoks Recreation Centre in the Murray Arena!
Join us for a Canada Day celebration featuring multicultural entertainment, a mobile obstacle course, games, food trucks and more from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. outside of the Okotoks Recreation Centre in ball diamond #10.
In addition to everything happening outside the Rec Centre, there are also three different Free Swims happening at the Recreation Centre. You can find the schedule HERE!
BBQ Fundraiser
There will be a BBQ starting at noon (continuing while supplies last) and lunch will be by donation. Proceeds from the BBQ will be donated to KidSport Okotoks!
Fit Set Ninja: Mobile Obstacle Course

Entertainment Schedule 2024
- 11 a.m. - Drumming Circle with Infinite Rhythm (crowd participation encouraged)
- 12 p.m. - Canada Day address from Mayor Thorn followed by Oh Canada performance from the Big Rock Singers
- 1 p.m. - Tinikling Demonstration
- 1:30 p.m. - Mahrlika demostration
- 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Fit Set Ninja mobile obstacle course

Fireworks
Fireworks will be held at approximately 10:30 p.m. (or within 15 minutes) at Bill Robertson Park (formerly Riverside Community Park), located at 1400 North Railway Street.
