Join Dr. Charles Wong, a home care physician, who will be providing information on HomeFree, a private, medically supervised homecare services provider that offers an uncompromising approach to caregiving that finds ways to keep clients at home no matter the complexity. This session will explore how their services work, what options are available and consider ways to access these supports. Note, this is session is offered by a fee-for-service provider.
