The Viking Rentals Centre (Arenas) is a year-round, multi-use facility that includes 2 NHL-sized ice arenas—the Green Arena and the Gold Arena, a Leisure Arena and a number of multi-use rooms. It is also attached to the Events Centre. This facility plays host to a variety of events including: sporting events, concerts, weddings, trade shows and conferences. The arena accommodates competitive and recreational hockey, figure skating, family and public skating, and organized group activities.
HELMETS MANDATORY! The single most important piece of equipment is a helmet and is mandatory. All users of ALL AGES who are using ice surfaces for drop in skating, community programs and events are required to wear a CSA-approved helmet.
